Residential Property Inspection

Home inspections are a crucial aspect of the process of buying or selling a home. You’ve arrived at the correct location! Our licensed and insured inspectors conduct thorough and detailed examinations on properties of all ages, sizes, and architectural styles, among other things.
Robust Reports
Our evaluations are then collected into comprehensive and detailed reports that go above and above the call of duty to provide the best possible service.
Our reports are informative, easy to understand, and contain a lot of information. Our reports, which are frequently 20+ pages in length, include narrative, photographs, technical graphics, links to resources such as repair costs, and more. Do you have any queries about the report once you’ve finished it? It’s not an issue! We’d be pleased to go over your report with you and talk about your issues if you’d like. Not sure if you’re ready to make a bid on the house? We can discuss doing a pre-offer walk-through session with you!
Are you selling your residential property?
Inspections are not only for the benefit of the buyer! Prepare your property for sale by having it inspected by a professional who is comprehensive and detailed. Our inspectors will point up issues ranging from severe concerns to minor improvement items, among other things. Don’t let unexpected results from a house inspection throw you off your game and cause a delay in your selling. Get a head start on repairs and negotiations by contacting us today.
Are you renting your property?
We are now providing landlord inspections! Before you rent a home, get it thoroughly inspected by a professional before signing the lease. Before renters move into the residence, an unbiased third-party report will be completed to document the state of the property. Upon completion of the study, landlords and tenants will have fair paperwork that will protect both parties when it comes time to vacate the premises.

Commercial Property Inspection

Commercial property inspections are approached from the standpoint of an investment.. Commercial properties have their own set of requirements when it comes to evaluation. When it comes to commercial property condition assessments, we adhere to ASTM PCA requirements.
Our commercial inspection team consists of licensed inspectors and trade professionals.
From multi-unit dwellings to storefronts, office buildings, restaurants, and other commercial properties… we have it all.
Commercial buildings include everything from multi-unit apartment buildings (with more than four units) to structures used for commercial purposes such as a bakery, an office building, a salon, and other such establishments. Whether your facility is 1000 square feet or 10,000 square feet or more, our staff handles each inspection from the perspective of an investor. Important components such as commercial-grade electrical service, commercial roofs, commercial HVAC systems, structural issues and other issues are examined for potential problems.

I was impressed when he took down the panel cover plate and reported some (relatively minor) corrosion on the ends of the main leads. Also, the unit has impact glass windows and doors. He reported that, contrary to proper usage, some of the windows would not stay in the fully open position.
He talked to me in clear "normal" language and described how the
deficiencies could be corrected and the approximate cost of the remedies. This information will help us to get the seller to adjust the asking price to a more appropriate level.
I was impressed with Andy and felt he was giving me the 'straight scoop' on the condition, in terms that made it easy to understand.
In his written report, which he emailed me the next day, he includes photos that included red arrows to highlight whatever situation he was describing in the section of the lengthy report.
He told me that he was doing this for over 20 years, so that added to my confidence in his ability.
Also, I thought the price was reasonable, especially for the time it took for him to check over EVERYTHING in the apartment.
I eagerly recommend Excel, especially Andy.
I also would like say that they took the time to inspect every single thing in the hose
Love excel and highly recommend

4 Point Property Inspections
The HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) system, electrical wiring and panels, plumbing connections and fixtures, and roof are the four places in a house that are most likely to be assessed by a home inspector. This is typically the case when purchasing an older home, which may necessitate a consultation to see whether there are any damages to those four factors that may necessitate an insurance claim.

When it comes to windstorm mitigation, it entails an investigation conducted by a professional inspector who will verify all of the potential wind passageways. Home inspections of this nature are the only way to save money on the costly cost of homeowner's insurance.
